Jiyu CNC Launches the CS-2800 Four-Spindle CNC Solid Wood Side Boring Machine, Bringing Multiple Joinery and Drawer Processes Into One Machine

However, solid wood joinery involves many different processes and demands high precision, and traditional methods that rely on manual marking and multi-machine, step-by-step processing are increasingly hard pressed to deliver both efficiency and consistency. To meet this need, Jiyu CNC introduces the CS-2800 Four-Spindle CNC Solid Wood Side Boring Machine, which brings a wide range of solid wood joining processes together on a single machine.
The CS-2800 offers a comprehensive set of functions, including male and female tenons, grooving, round grooves, V-grooves, square tenons, 45° angled tenons, rub joints with three-point tenons, dovetail drawers and drilling. Whether the job involves solid wood frames, cabinets, beds, tables and chairs, or drawers, the machine provides a matching processing solution. Its four-spindle configuration helps reduce process changeovers and repeated clamping, keeping the workflow smooth and continuous.
In terms of key specifications, the CS-2800 has an effective workbench processing range of 2800mm, suitable for longer solid wood components. The maximum processing height is 100mm, the empty speed is 50m/min, and the processing speed is 20m/min. The overall dimensions are 3800 × 1500 × 1400mm. The fast empty speed helps cut non-cutting time, while the stable processing speed supports the cutting quality that solid wood work requires.
